Sports participants of all ages need warm up exercises. Whatever the sport is anything from bocci to pro baseball. From stretches to running in place. All these low impact exercises will help prevent not only same day injuries but also help you create a routine that will become second nature and help you as you develop in what ever sport you enjoy. I have found that a majority of the softball exercise videos tend to be for female teams. This however has no reflection on who should use them. The same is true in reverse. Softball for all ages and levels of skill knows no gender.
